In addition, we have represented our clients in arbitration-related litigation proceedings such as setting aside and enforcement. Our extensive experience in both international and local work means that we are able to manage large, global disputes by seamlessly strategising and navigating the intricacies of dispute resolution in the Asia Pacific and Singapore context. Our ability to act for clients in the international arena and before the local courts mean that we are well-versed in the full gamut of arbitration proceedings from commencement to enforcement.
