Acting for an Indonesian entity in a complex dispute arising out of a gas sales agreement involving regulatory compliance, contractual claims and interrelated court proceedings, valued at US$500 million.

Acting for an Indian conglomerate against an Austrian company in an ICC arbitration involving an aborted wind energy project in India and a Malaysian company in challenging the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal in an ICC arbitration involving Qatari law.

Acting for a large State-owned strategic naval vessel builder against a foreign contractor in respect of a dispute arising out of a strategic collaboration agreement to build floating power-generating ships.

Advising an Indonesian and Indian joint venture against an American contractor in an ICC arbitration in relation to a coal mining project in Indonesia.

Representing an oil company in negotiations in respect of a US$50 million dispute relating to default under a Joint Operating Agreement.
