• Acting for a major international energy trading company on a range of matters relating to its sale and purchase of ultra-low-sulfur diesel, including acting in Court proceedings against two banks for payment under letters of credit. 

• Acting for a former director of a leading cross-border trade digitisation platform in Singapore in respect of a claim in the High Court by former employers for alleged breaches of the employment contract. Omni Law successfully set aside a search order that had previously been obtained ex parte by the former employers. 

• Acting for the liquidator in a landmark case on the principles of set-off in an insolvency situation vis-à-vis purchasers of uncompleted units in a development.
